request, Teamecommerce will evaluate it and send a response with acceptance or denial as appropriate, together with detailed instructions on how to make the return.\nNo return will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing.<br>Requests for exchange or return must be made at the store where the purchase was made (by producing proof of purchase) and not through the online sales site. new&#8221; condition and ready to be resold.\nThey must have all original seals, labels, boxes or wrappers intact.\nIn the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered &#8220;used&#8221; and will therefore be returned to the sender with a charge of transport costs or retained with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the as explained in the table, is always borne by the customer who can choose the courier he prefers for the return.<br>The refund will take place after receipt and verification of the integrity of the product.\nIn any case, the shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be refunded.<br>In the event that the customer, at the time of purchase, has taken advantage of free shipping for exceeding 59 euros, the cost (not incurred as an incentive at the time of purchase) of the shipment (9.9 euros) will be withheld from the refund only if the total amount of the goods, not returned (and
